Danilo Lucchi Sponsors Citizenship Books for Whiteinch Primary School

We're proud to support Whiteinch Primary School by sponsoring 20 copies of Caught in the Web, part of the Barney and Echo citizenship series delivered by The Police Community Clubs of Great Britain.

Barney and Echo is a citizenship and PSHE education programme run by serving and retired police officers, designed to help primary school children build the understanding and life skills to become positive, confident members of their communities. The books are used alongside classroom posters, lapel stickers, an interactive website, and even a drama-department dramatisation — all provided as part of the programme.

It's a small thing in the scheme of a school year, but a genuine one: local schools, local kids, a local police-led initiative — exactly the kind of community we're part of and want to keep investing in as Danilo Lucchi grows.

If you're a local school or community group working on something similar, get in touch — we're always glad to hear about it.
