Returns and Refunds

1. Cancelling your order — consumers

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email or phone within that period, quoting your order reference. You must return the goods, unused and in their original condition, within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling; you pay the cost of return unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We will refund the price and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you have sent them). We may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to inspect them.

This right does not apply to:

• materials cut to a length you specified, or otherwise made to your specification;
• goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items or used, including opened adhesives and sealants;
• sealed goods unsealed after delivery where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

2. Returns — business customers

If you buy as a business, there is no automatic right to cancel. We may accept the return of unused, uncut stock in its original condition by prior written agreement; goods must be returned at your cost, and we will tell you before you return them if a restocking fee applies. Cut lengths and opened adhesives cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at info@danilolucchi.co.uk or on 0141 576 2970, quoting your order reference and including photos where possible. Consumers have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms affects those rights. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For business customers, our liability for faulty goods is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the goods, at our option.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the card used to pay, through our payment provider, Dojo. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, for cancellations before despatch, within 14 days of your cancellation. Your bank may take a few further days to show the refund.
