2. Contacting us
Email info@danilolucchi.co.uk, phone 0141 576 2970, or write to us at Unit 5, Carrongrove Business Park, Ochil Drive, Falkirk FK2 8NZ.
3. Product information
We take care to make the information on the website accurate, but please note:
- Colours. Colours on screen are digital approximations and vary between devices. Always request a physical sample before ordering for colour matching.
- Specifications and test data. Technical data such as dimensions, composition, abrasion, fastness and fire test results is taken from manufacturers' and suppliers' specifications. It is provided for guidance and may change. Where a specification matters to your project, ask us for the current data sheet or test certificate.
- Fire Rating Checker and other tools. The Fire Rating Checker, calculators and other tools on the website are specification aids only. They are not certification and do not replace a current test certificate. Fire performance depends on the whole finished construction (including foams, interliners and adhesives) and the end use. You are responsible for confirming that your finished product meets the regulations that apply to it.
- Guides and advice. Guides and FAQs are general information based on trade experience. They are not a substitute for advice on your particular project, and you use them at your own discretion.
- Stock and prices. Stock levels and any prices shown may change, and are not an offer to sell. A contract is formed only when we accept your order.
4. Using the website
You may use the website for your own business or personal purposes. You must not:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;

5. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and the Danilo Lucchi name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not reproduce, publish or use content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
Where the website links to other websites, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
If you are a business user, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the website and its content, to the extent the law allows.
